Yes, all our bags are made from genuine leather and authentic cowhide/fur. We source our materials ethically to ensure both quality and sustainability.

2. Are the cow fur patterns the same on each bag?

No – each cowhide has a natural, one-of-a-kind pattern, so every bag is unique. That’s the beauty of working with natural materials!

3. How do I care for my leather or cow fur bag?

• Leather: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Use leather conditioner occasionally to maintain softness.

• Cow Fur: Brush gently in the direction of the hair. Keep away from water and prolonged sunlight.
  We include care instructions with every order.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

5. How long does shipping take?

• Local Orders: 7–10 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days
  Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

6. Can I return or exchange my bag?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Note: Due to the natural variation of cowhide, we do not accept returns based on pattern differences.
